Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AMJNE Consulting LLC d/b/a Practice Solutions (“Practice Solutions,” “we,” “us”), collects and uses information when you visit practicesolutions.ai (the “Site”) or contact us about our services. We keep our data practices deliberately minimal.
Scope. This policy covers information collected through the Site and through general inquiries. Information we handle in the course of a client engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement and related confidentiality, data-handling, and security obligations — not this Privacy Policy.
Pre-engagement inquiries. Please do not submit confidential, privileged, or client-sensitive information through the Site or in an initial email inquiry unless and until a written engagement agreement is in place.
01 Information we collect
Information you give us. If you contact us or request a consultation, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, firm or organization, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information — such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, timestamps, and referrer information — to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site. If we enable privacy-preserving analytics, we will use it to understand Site usage in aggregate.
02 How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To understand, at a high level, how the Site is used.
- To protect the Site and our business, and to comply with law.
03 Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies strictly necessary for the Site to function are limited to that purpose. If we later enable privacy-preserving analytics, we will use it to understand Site usage in aggregate.
04 How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, such as hosting, repository/deployment, email, analytics, security, and similar service providers. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
05 AI and model training
We do not use information submitted through the Site to train foundation models or to develop external AI products.
06 Data retention
We retain inquiry and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage prospective business relationships, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights.
07 Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08 Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at hello@practicesolutions.ai. We will respond as required by applicable law.
09 International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10 Children
The Site is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
