These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of practicesolutions.ai (the “Site”), operated by Practice Solutions. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

01 Not a law firm; no legal advice

Practice Solutions provides legal-technology consulting — training, workflow and playbook design, and lightweight internal tooling where appropriate — to law firms and legal teams. We are not a law firm and we do not practice law. Content on this Site is general information about our services and is not legal advice. Using the Site or contacting us does not create an attorney–client relationship, and you should not send us confidential or privileged information through the Site.

02 Our services and engagements

Descriptions of our services on this Site — including statements about what your firm owns — are summaries provided for general information. The binding terms of any engagement, including scope, fees, confidentiality, data handling, and ownership of work product and intellectual property, are set out in the separate written agreement for that engagement. If anything on this Site conflicts with your engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls.

03 Confidentiality and pre-engagement communications

We take client confidentiality seriously. In every engagement, client information and the systems and data we create for a client are kept confidential and segregated from those of any other client, as further described in the applicable engagement agreement. Please do not send confidential or privileged information through this Site or by email before an engagement is in place. Information you send beforehand may not be treated as confidential.

04 Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt or interfere with it, accessing it through automated means to harvest content, or using it to infringe the rights of others.

05 Intellectual property in the Site

The Site and its contents — text, design, graphics, and the Practice Solutions name and marks — are owned by Practice Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse Site content without our permission, except as allowed by law. This section concerns the Site itself; ownership of work product created in an engagement is governed by your engagement agreement (see Section 02).

06 Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

07 Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

08 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practice Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

09 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Practice Solutions harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

11 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
